Sean Diddy Combs Wants to Testify at His Prospective Federal Sex Crime Trial, His Attorney Claims
Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyer says that the music mogul wants to testify at his pending federal trial. Marc Agnifilo made the claim in an interview with TMZ for an upcoming documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment. Combs was indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution on Sept. 17 and is currently being held in federal custody awaiting trial after two different judges denied a bail proposal.
