A host of stars ran the London Marathon on Sunday - with many achieving incredible times. Spencer Matthews came out on top when it came to the celebrities putting in their best efforts - with an astonishing time of three hours and six minutes. McFly star Harry Judd came in close second at three hours and fifteen minutes, while Jake Quickenden came in at an impressive three hours and 33 minutes.
