Lara Spencer first announced her new home series That Thrifting Show in September 2025, six years after the end of her HGTV show Flea Market Flip

The GMA host has been teasing new details about her upcoming show on social media, including the expected premiere date

Her new series will follow two designer duos as they compete to decorate identical rooms with the most unique vintage finds

Calling all Flea Market Flip fans! Lara Spencer is returning to the world of home design competition shows with her new series, That Thrifting Show.

In a Feb. 1 Instagram post, the Good Morning America co-host, 56, revealed exciting new details about the 12-episode first season coming to Hulu and Freeform — including the show's upcoming premiere date.

"Anyone who enjoyed #Fleamarketflip or loves to go thrifting — listen up!!!" she wrote in the caption alongside a carousel of photos showing off some "vintage eye candy" she recently found.

"We have just 8 weeks until the launch of my very special new TV project on @freeform (home of Project Runway!) and @hulu called THAT THRIFTING SHOW (come on, you know you'll never forget the name!!!)," added Spencer.

While the series doesn't appear to have an exact premiere date just yet, a Sept. 9 press release announcing the show confirmed that Spencer will serve as host and executive producer.

In the show, Spencer will present two designer duos with identical rooms that they must decorate with unique vintage and thrift store items in a "race against the clock."

"It is so meaningful to share my childhood love of thrifting and celebrate this new generation's passion for sustainable design," Spencer said in the release.

She added, "As you will see on 'That Thrifting Show,' there are so many incredible treasures out there, just waiting to be reimagined and given a new life. To see the rooms these designers create with their thrifted finds is aspirational and simply amazing."

Shortly after That Thrifting Show was announced, Spencer gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the set for the show on the last day of filming.

"Hey guys, today is the last day that we are taping my brand new show for Freeform and Hulu," she said in a Sept. 14 Instagram Reel. "It is so fun. I miss it already, but not to worry because it's coming this spring. Keep checking my Instagram because I'm going to show you some sneak peek, behind the scenes that are mind blowing."

Spencer's new series comes more than six years after her HGTV show Flea Market Flip came to an end in 2019 following 14 seasons.

In that series, the mom of two took on hosting duties once again as competitors raced to find the best flea market gems. Each team was given a $500 budget to hunt for pieces with high potential that they could refurbish to earn a big profit.
