Taylor Swift made Christmas a bit more special for Arrowhead Stadium employee Robyn Gentry.
Gentry previously shared via Facebook that she received $600 from Swift on Christmas Day as the 36-year-old pop superstar gave generous tips to the stadium employees while supporting her fiancé Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs at the team's final home game of 2025.
The staffer spoke to TMZ about the experience, explaining that Swift's gift came after a tough few months in her life, as her children "lost their Grandma just a few months before Christmas."

"They knew she was ill, but it was unexpected, and she passed," Gentry told the outlet. "And Grandma is the one that made everything magical. She was the one that made Christmas great. She was the one who decorated the whole house and made everything so wonderful on Christmas."
She continued, "Everything is hard now, and so I just wanted to be able to give those kids the best Christmas possible, and so I just took what I could do and what I had saved up and just gave them the best Christmas I could possibly give them."
Gentry said the "really cool experience" of her encounter with Swift put an extra spark in the family's holiday season. "If Christmas needed to be any more magical than what we could've made it other than Grandma being there and other than the rest of the kids being there and everyone all being together for Christmas," she explained. "That's just a story that just tops the cake."
"I don't think there's anything else I could've done cooler on Christmas but come home with that story," said the stadium staffer.
"She didn't have to do that. That's not something that she had to do for anybody," added Gentry of Swift. "None of us had personally worked for her, had encountered her that evening through the entire game. We weren't even working for her. She didn't have to do that for us. She genuinely didn't have to do that for anybody."
She continued, "That's our job, to give everybody a wonderful experience at Arrowhead, and so I'm just glad that we got to experience that together 'cause that was really cool. I wish that everybody could've been able to, but I'm grateful."
Gentry then directed a message to Swift: "I hope that she knows from everybody that received something, thank you so much."

In the stadium employee's original Facebook post, she recalled spotting Donna Kelce before Travis and Swift, noting that the "Karma" singer was "running around telling everyone Merry Christmas" before handing her the gift.
"My whole paycheck for two weeks," Gentry said, explaining she "had just dropped that much for Christmas for 8 kids" before Swift's generous tip.
"I immediately started crying," she shared. "So I came home and can't bring myself to spend it. So I framed one. Still haven't spent any."
Swift has been quite generous this holiday season. In addition to the Arrowhead Stadium tips, she's made recent donations to Nashville's Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and the Kansas City charity Operation Breakthrough as well as Feeding America, the American Heart Association, MusiCares, CMA Foundation and ACM Lifting Lives.
