Madonna is embracing an all natural night at home with her children and boyfriend.
The Queen of Pop, 67, surprised followers over the weekend when she shared a nearly makeup-free selfie while celebrating Hanukkah with her family and boyfriend, Akeem Morris.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Saturday, December 21, Madonna posted a close-up photo of herself wearing a lingerie-style top, hair down, with a bare face. The laid-back look was quite the switch-up from her usual high-glam aesthetic. "Insomniac……" she wrote on top of the photo.

In another snap, the "Like a Virgin" singer showed Morris, 29, seated at a dinner table alongside her 13-year-old twins, Stella and Estere. The group smiled as they gathered around plates of food, with two menorahs visible on the table. Madonna's other children—Lourdes, 29, Rocco, 25, David, 20, and Mercy, 19—did not appear to be present for the celebration.

Madonna and Morris were first linked romantically in July 2024, when she shared a photo with the Jamaican soccer player on Instagram. By that December, the pair were photographed strolling together in New York City, and their relationship was later confirmed when they celebrated Christmas and Hanukkah together.

The holiday moment comes amid a recent health scare for Madonna. In her first-ever podcast interview on On Purpose with Jay Shetty from back in October, the music icon opened up about the spiritual experiences that have shaped her life — including a terrifying health scare last year. Madonna revealed that during her June 2023 hospitalization, when a bacterial infection progressed to sepsis and left her in a medically induced coma, she had a powerful encounter.
"I was almost there, on the other side, and I had a conscious moment. My mother appeared to me and said, 'Do you want to come with me?' And I said no," she recalled. The moment, she said, sparked a realization about forgiveness and unfinished emotional business.
That journey has also found its way into her music. Madonna shared that she's currently working on new material, including a song titled "Fragile," dedicated to her late brother Christopher Ciccone, and another called "Forgive Yourself."
