One of the best parts of the Knives Out franchise is its film's ensemble casts. Anchored by Daniel Craig, who plays detective Benoit Blanc, each movie—including the newest Wake Up Dead Man—features a new collection of characters, each played by a standout actor.
"It's just the nature obviously of whodunits: Every character's a suspect," Craig told T&C. "Every character carries weight. I wonder if that's one of the reasons that they're tempting to do, because your character might be the murderer, or might be the victim. All of the casts we've had, bar none, have come wanting to be involved with the overused word of 'an ensemble,' but it is a genuine ensemble and I know the difference. Having people come in and just be all they care about is injecting as much good energy into the job as they possibly can and bringing and all bringing their A game and all just raising [the bar] and just being very, very, very funny. It's a joy for me. It's just a complete joy."

Daniel Craig returns for his third film as detective Benoit Blanc. He's perhaps best known for his turn as playing James Bond in four films staring with Casino Royale, and also recently starred in Queer, Luca Guadagnino's adaptation of William S. Burroughs novel.
Josh O'Connor as Rev. Jud Duplenticy

Josh O'Connor's Rev. Jud Duplenticy is a young priest sent to an upstate parish, where he inadvertently becomes the main suspect in a murder. O'Connor had his breakout role portraying Prince Charles in two seasons of The Crown (he won an Emmy for his role) and has also starred in La Chimera, Challengers, The Mastermind, and other films.
Glenn Close as Martha Delacroix

Glenn Close plays Martha, a devout member of the church and the woman who keeps it all running. Close—a multiple Emmy and Tony award winner and eight-time Oscar nominee—has starred in many projects over the years, including Fatal Attraction, Dangerous Liasions, The Wife, Damages, among many, more.
Josh Brolin as Monsignor Jefferson Wicks

Monsignor Jefferson Wicks is the dominating priest who preaches a hateful gospel, and is the (main) murder victim in the film. Wicks is played by Josh Brolin, who starred in films from The Goonies to No Country for Old Men to playing Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Gurney in the Dune films.
Mila Kunis as Geraldine Scott

Benoit Blanc teams up with local police chief Geraldine Scott, portrayed by Mila Kunis. Kunis got her big break on That '70s Show, and has since appeared in films such as Black Swan, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and has also voiced Meg on Family Guy.
Kerry Washington as Vera Draven

Kerry Washington plays Vera, another member of Wicks's congregation. Washington, a prolific actress, is known for her role as Olivia Pope in Scandal, and has also starred in Confirmation, Little Fires Everywhere, and The Six Triple Eight, among other films and TV shows.
Cailee Spaeny as Simone Vivane

Cailee Spaeny plays Simone, a disabled concert cellist who believes Wicks can heal her. Spaeny recently had a breakout role as Priscilla Presley in Sofia Coppola's Priscilla, and has also starred in Bad Times at the El Royale and Civil War.
Andrew Scott as Lee Ross

Lee Ross, an author, is another member of Wicks's congregation. He's portrayed by Andrew Scott, a.k.a. Hot Priest from Fleabag. Scott has also starred as James Moriarty in Sherlock, Tom Ripley in Netflix's Ripley, and films including Spectre and All of Us Strangers, among others.
Jeremy Renner as Dr. Nat Sharp

Jeremy Renner portrays Dr. Nat Sharp, the town's doctor who is recently divorced. He's perhaps best known for his role as Clint Barton/Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but has also starred in Mayor of Kingstown, and received Oscar nominations for The Hurt Locker and The Town.
