Blac Chyna is responding to her ex's allegations of abuse with claims he choked and spat on her.
The former reality star, in a Dec. 30 procedural filing obtained by USA TODAY Jan. 14, claimed her ex-boyfriend Taiyon "Twin" Hector "engaged in a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behavior toward" her. The document, which Us Weekly was first to report, is part of an ongoing civil case brought by Hector in 2024.
In the December motion filed by Angela White, professionally known as Blac Chyna, she claimed that in a March 2023 incident, Hector refused to leave her home and "became hostile and violent toward" her by choking, spitting on and verbally abusing her in front of her nanny, and damaged "expensive designer wigs, hairpieces, and clothing."
She said her two children – King, 13, with rapper Tyga, and Dream, 9, with Rob Kardashian – were also "present in the home" and sleeping nearby.

White added that she "did not initiate violence and acted solely in self-defense during the incident." Police were called, per the filing, and removed Hector from the home. The incident caused her "to fear not only for her own safety, but also for the safety and well-being of her children," she said.
USA TODAY has reached out to Hector's attorney and the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.
White's claims come over a year after he first filed his September 2024 lawsuit, in which he alleged White had a pattern of unprovoked, "alcohol and drug fueled"-abuse, including one September 2021 incident in which she "savagely" beat him while he slept.
The claims also come months after Hector was granted an entry of default in his civil lawsuit, meaning that because White failed to respond in the required time, she could lose the lawsuit. A final ruling has yet to be made.
