Kelsey Anderson is dishing on the food that will be served at her wedding next year.
During her recent appearance on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, the bride-to-be, 27, the hosts, former Bachelorettes Charity Lawson and Rachel Recchia, on her 2027 wedding planning with fiancé Joey Graziadei, 30. During their conversation, she teased what guests can expect to eat at the celebration.
"I definitely want an oyster bar and like a sushi kind of bar," Anderson said. "I think we both want that really bad."

Apart from curating the perfect menu, Anderson and Graziadei — who got engaged during the season 28 finale of The Bachelor — are focused on determining a venue. Anderson revealed that they've been venue scouting across multiple states, including California and Georgia, in recent weeks and are "hoping to have a venue locked in next month."
"I'm stressing," Anderson said with a laugh, adding, "I swear, when we initially got our wedding planner and started this whole process, I felt like I had so much time. And then within these past couple months, it's like, no, we actually have no time. People are like, 'Oh, you're getting married 2026?' I was like, 'No, we're 2027.' "
Graziadei has been extremely helpful in the early stages of wedding planning, while Anderson says she'll be "way more hands-on" with curating all of the little details.
"Joey has booked all of our tours. He has been coordinating with our wedding planner. Because I was so stressed out, completely shut down. I think that's like an ADHD trait ... But so Joey has been helping so much with planning all that stuff."
She continues, "I feel like he's very chill, but I think that with the wedding, he knows that there's a timeline of when we need to get [things] planned, so he's been more on it."
Other things on the to-do list include finding a wedding dress and finalizing the wedding party ceremony placement. Anderson's sisters and brothers, plus Graziadei's sisters, will be in the wedding party.
"I just want it to really incorporate each other, and I want it to be very sentimental," Anderson said of her future nuptials. "I'm such a sentimental person. So I just want it to feel like Joey and I."
She added, "I just want to take in every moment. I feel like it's a celebration of our love, and that's exactly what I want it to be."

The wedding is being planned by Josiah Carr and Justin McGregor of SAMKOMA.
"Joey and Kelsey heard about SAMKOMA through a few of our past couples. They are two of the sweetest humans, and wow, we're just so excited to be a part of their planning journey! We feel super fortunate to work with genuinely kind humans — the world needs more of that," the co-founders told PEOPLE in September.
